About

Charlene was raised on a mixed grain and cattle farm in Southern Manitoba and pursued her interest in Agriculture by attaining a B.S.c. in Agribusiness. Charlene established a strong presence in the Financial Services Industry withing the Credit Union System in both Mid-Level and Senior Management Roles with an emphasis in Commercial and Agricultural lending.  She expanded her journey into the Real Estate Industry in 2014 when she attained her Canadian Residential Appraiser (P. App, CRA).  Charlene joined Red River Group in August 2025 and she is excited to be combining her background and her experience with appraising as she works to attain her A.A.C.I., P. App!

Charlene’s expertise is in providing residential and rural residential appraisals, for financing, marketing, construction, renovation, relocation and divorce purposes.  Charlene will be serving South Western Manitoba and parts of Central Manitoba.
